مقدمه :
تهران در قرنها پیش، منطقه ای بسیار کوچک حومه(شهر ری) بود اما به دلیل آب و هوای مناسب تر مناطق نزدیک به دانه های ابلرز این منطقه به تدریج گسترش یافت و جمعیت فزونی گرفت با این حال در سال 1166 هجری شمسی که آقا محمد خان قاجار تهران را به عنوان پایتخت خود انتخاب کرد جمعیت آن از 15 هزار نفر تجاوز نمی کرد تا سال 1310 هجری شمسی مساحت تهران به حدود 30 کیلومتر مربع رسید ولی در سال 1270 شمسی محدودة شهر از برج و بارو و خندق های اطرافش فراتر رفت و خانه ها و باغهای دیگری احداث شد با این حال تا اوایل قرن حاضر هنوز هم دروازه ها و حصارها و خندق ها در اطراف شهر باقی بود. هسته اصلی فعالیت های شهری تهران در ناحیه بازار متمرکز بود این ناحیه با وسعت حدود 65 هکتار تقریباً کلیه مراکز عمده فروشی و خرده فروشی و مراکز پونای صنعتی را در بر می گرفت. در داخل بازار خیابان به معنای امروزی آن وجود نداشت بلکه شبکه ای سر در گم و پیچیده ای از کوچه و پس کوچه، قسمتهای مختلف آن را به هم وصل می کرد، گسترش تهران و نحوه استفاده از اراضی، بدون یک طرح و هدف معین و اصولی صورت گرفت و در نتیجه این شهرها فاقد یک سیستم صحیح تجهیزات و تسهیلات شهری بود. در سالهای بعد هم این گسترش بی رویه همچنان ادامه یافت و حتی هنگامی که تصمیم گرفته شد برای توسعه تهران برنامه ای تدوین شود نادرستی این برنامه ها و بر جای ماندن بافت سنتی شهر مشکلات را تداوم داد.

In the first 10 lessons, you’ll cover the basics: saying hello, asking for or giving information, scheduling a meal or a meeting, asking for or giving basic directions, and much more.
